Common questions
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Projects are quoted up front. Hosting and support are month to month, and you can leave any time with your site and your data.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, and most of our work starts that way. We review what’s there, fix what’s urgent, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth keeping.
Do you only work with businesses near Atlanta?
No. We’re based in Kennesaw and happy to meet in person around the metro area, but most of our work happens over email and calls with clients nationwide.
What if my site isn’t on one of the platforms you list?
Those are just the common ones. If it runs on a web server, we can host it, fix it, or help you move it.
How fast do you reply?
Usually the same business day, always within one. Outages for hosting clients jump the queue.
